Founding President
Nikky Varnado is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with a diverse educational background and a notable certification as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). She holds a Master of Science (MS) in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology. Additionally, Nikky has earned CompTIA certifications in A+, Network+, and Security+, demonstrating her proficiency in IT fundamentals and network security. She is also certified as a Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) by ISC2 and holds an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services. With her comprehensive education and certifications, Nikky brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of cybersecurity, enabling her to tackle complex challenges and contribute effectively to organizational security strategies.
Dr. Julie Rice
Vice President
As a passionate advocate for understanding human behavior and enhancing mental well-being, Dr. Julie Rice pursued a rigorous educational journey culminating in a Ph.D. in General Psychology. Throughout her academic journey, Dr. Julie Rice has been recognized for her outstanding achievements and contributions to the field of psychology. She was inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, in recognition of her academic excellence and commitment to the advancement of psychological science. Additionally, Dr. Julie Rice was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success, highlighting her exemplary leadership qualities and dedication to making a positive impact in her community. Dr. Julie currently works as a Program and Onboarding Manager where her focus lies in facilitating seamless transitions for new hires, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the company’s culture and operations. Her approach is anchored in her knowledge and passion for helping others, meticulous attention to detail and data-driven methodologies, enabling her to consistently enhance the onboarding process.
Patrice Daniels
Director

With over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles within the BPO and financial services sectors, Patrice brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. Throughout her career, Patrice has demonstrated a strong commitment to employee development and organizational growth. Her background in Operations and Learning and Development has equipped her with valuable skills in Training Needs Analysis, Communication, Facilitation, and Strategic Thinking. Additionally, her experience in Project Management and Performance Management ensures that she is well-equipped to lead our initiatives effectively. Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, as well as a master’s degree in Adult Education and Training. Her dedication to continuous learning is further evidenced by her role as a college professor at Macomb Community College, where she imparts her knowledge in business courses to eager minds.

Amber Frazier
Director
Amber Frazier is a seasoned Health Educator with over 10 years experience in the tech industry. She is from Detroit Michigan and holds great passion for the community, outreach, and giving back. Her extensive background in Health Informatics and Health IT enabled her to develop strong skills in the industry. She has completed many hospital based Informatic Implementations successfully. Amber Frazier is an aluma of Howard University and Southern New Hampshire University, holding a Bachelor of science in Health Sciences and a Masters in Public Health. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. Amber is dedicated to educating and serving under-served communities. Her goal is to help people find interest and deeper awareness of technology and its opportunities and advancements.
Shanika Collier
Director/Secretary

Shanika Collier brings a robust background in technical support, demonstrating a high proficiency in resolving complex technical issues. Though she transitioned her career to the healthcare field, her enduring passion for technology remains evident. Currently, Shanika is pursuing higher education in Cloud Security, a field where she seeks to expand her expertise and make significant contributions.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Shanika is deeply committed to mentoring the youth of Detroit, MI. She is passionate about serving under-served communities and is an advocate for the mentorship of inner-city youth, recognizing the critical role guidance and support play in shaping their futures.

Balancing her professional and educational endeavors, Shanika is also a devoted mother and wife. She seamlessly integrates her personal and professional lives, striving to set a positive example for her family and community. Through her multifaceted roles, Shanika exemplifies dedication, resilience, and a heartfelt commitment to making a difference in both her professional field and her community.
