With over fifteen years of experience in leadership roles within the BPO and financial services sectors, Patrice brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organization. Throughout her career, Patrice has demonstrated a strong commitment to employee development and organizational growth. Her background in Operations and Learning and Development has equipped her with valuable skills in Training Needs Analysis, Communication, Facilitation, and Strategic Thinking. Additionally, her experience in Project Management and Performance Management ensures that she is well-equipped to lead our initiatives effectively. Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, as well as a master’s degree in Adult Education and Training.
